Parents' Responsibilities

In accepting enrollment at the Center, parents and guardians must also accept the responsibilities for following the policies stated in this Parent’s Handbook.

Failure to provide schedules consistently or to responsibly handle health or discipline problems for example, may result in discontinuance of enrollment at the Center.

Trinity Hill Child Care Center has the responsibility for the safety and care of all children in attendance and cannot compromise that responsibility to accommodate those who do not meet their obligations.

Please pledge the following:

1. Keep the Director informed of any important changes in: home situations, telephone numbers, and emergency numbers.
2. Support the purposes and objectives of the Center’s program by helping your child get sufficient sleep in order to insure regular attendance and protect other children.
3. Part-time children are limited to scheduled days only. Additional days may be arranged on a drop-in basis if space is available. Fees for those days will be assessed at the drop-in rate.

Parents' Responsibilities

When visiting the center parents should always conduct themselves according to the guidelines set forth by the Center. The Center will not allow behavior that does not provide for a healthy, safe, Christian atmosphere.

Examples of unacceptable behaviors include but are not limited to:

1. Disrespect
2. Foul language
3. Unacceptable gestures
4. Name calling
5. Threats
6. Degrading remarks
7. Unpleasant mannerisms

This kind of behavior cannot be directed to any staff, children, other parents, and any other persons on the property. Any violation of this policy may constitute immediate dismissal of the child and parent(s) from the Center.

As always, we are concerned about the safety and welfare of our children and staff. We will continue to do all that we can to ensure that our Center provides the right atmosphere for all those concerned.
